Aether Wellness is known for detailed deep tissue work that leaves you feeling renewed and refreshed. "Deep tissue" means that the deep layers of muscle are worked on and prioritized. Your therapist will warm up the superficial layers with longer strokes and then add pressure to sink into the deep muscles that lay within. Deep tissue is often confused with sports massage and therapeutic massage. While they often go hand-on-hand, they are not the same.
