AETHER WELLNESS

types of bodywork
Bodywork is a deeply personal experience. While there is extensive anatomy, physiology, Chinese Medicine and more that inform me, every session is guided by intuition and your needs and goals.
EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS
If you are an existing client and have a last-minute urgent need, you can contact me to schedule something sooner than what is available online. Best practice is to use the waitlist function on the booking site AND contact me to get in.
Deep tissue

In a deep tissue session you will receive detailed work on specific muscles and their trigger points, based on the type of movements most common in your day. Especially if you like to feel your massage, deep tissue is the right choice for you.
Reiki

A reiki treatment is universal life force energy channeled through the practitioner directly into you. It is gentle and profound, and can assist in pain relief, emotional imbalances, energetic blocks, indigestion, headaches, and much more. Reiki is practiced over comfortable clothing or linens and can be a treatment on its own and used in combination with other styles of bodywork.
